At HP Shine, we strive to provide the highest quality detailing and ceramic coating services for every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and excellent service for all customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • We kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the time and resources reserved for your service.

2. Rescheduling Appointments

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance are typically accommodated without any fees, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation.

3. No-Show Policy

  • Customers who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to a portion of the booked service.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in requiring prepayment for future appointments.

4. Emergency Situations

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate you without penalty.

5. Refunds

  • If a service has already been started or completed, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Prepaid deposits for cancelled or rescheduled appointments will generally be applied toward your next service, depending on the timing of the cancellation.
